I have requested over the phone that they not litter in my yard many times now and have been told each time that they would discontinue the practice in my yard. Yet they still continue to do so, so this last time I requested a person come out to give me an estimate so that I could confront them face to face to discuss the problem and to show them exactly where I am located so that they could have a visual reference as to the location that I do not want litter strewn. This person who showed up was offended by my last ditch attempt to get this issue resolved before issuing complaints.
